Hit START. Get the theme. Pick a scope you can actually ship. Submit your plan.

Step 2

90 min — coding

Build. Your GitHub repo is waiting for you. Submission is locked until the timer hits zero.

Step 3

15 min — submission

Record what you made, what worked, what didn't. Drop a demo link. Done.

One run per participant per event.
Start any time during the event window.
Phase timers are enforced server-side — don't bother fiddling with the browser clock.
Your work lives in a GitHub repo we create for you — all commits must go in there.
Miss the plan deadline or the submit deadline and the run is abandoned.
